Can pregnancy symptoms come and go in the first trimester?

Your fine, this happened to me too and I panicked because I read that it isn't normal to have your symptoms disappear over night. I went to the doctor that morning and he told me my baby was fine and that symptoms will come and go throughout the pregnancy. As long as your not bleeding or cramping, your baby is fine.
