Will Florida State ever return to NCAA football dominance?

The Seminoles were the shizz through the 90's...would it be reasonable to ume they will be able to regain the ACC title and to contend for a National Championship each and every year? They just had a VERY solid recruiting cl and Jimbo Fischer is taking more and more responsibility at the head coach level and away from Bobby Bowden....is this the beginning of a solid and bad azz future for the noles?
