My friends really upset?

she was crying today so I asked her and she told me that she is fed up with her life, and I was like why?? then she said well she is not popular, not very pretty, doesent has a chance of a boyfriend, doesent have many friends and her lifes boring. I told her not to put hetself down so much or it will make it worse so does anybody have any tips to make her happier or solve these problems??
