Please help me with my acne problem! ahhh?

im nearly 15. ive had little bumps on my forhead for like 2 years. but latley ive been getting them around my mouth, chin and and they are little white tips, but not all. the whitetips i pop them :S but i aint walking around with them on my face. i noticed a couple of scaring from it.. .?>>:S they are mainly small occasionly red bumps all over my face. ive tried cream after cream. they whittips have only been occuring the past week. ppl told me dirty pillow slips can do it, ive changed them everynight but still turning up. i use neautrogena oil free acne wash daily. what can i do im sick of thiss?
