(UK) Now that we (The Endangered Tax Payer )have been instructed that we will buy out banks toxic debts?

What about the 'toxic' debts of the tax payers, the ones that are being forced into serious arrears etc due to the inept policies of this government? The bailiffs are having a bonanza now there are 3million on the dole, are the government going to put a windfall tax on them? We are going from 'rip off Britain 'to 'bail out the fat cats Britain'.
