An agricultural product introduced from Spain to America?

During the Spanish colonization of the Americas, (most specifically Central America), can you name a major food or agricultural product introduced from Spain to the Native Americans, or Mexicans? I need to know this for a history ignment, but I can't find it anywhere. Thanks!
