Are these signs of pregnancy?

These aren't really signs of pregnancy if you're only a month along. The missed period is a concern, but could be nothing. Even the most regular women have an irregular cycle every now and then. The twinges in your abdomen may be related to an ovarian cyst. Every woman gets one before their period. Some women feel them some women don't. They feel like twitches of pain. The constant peeing could be related to a Urinary Tract Infection as they do not always come with pain. My suggestion would be to get yourself to a doctor if you're unsure.
