I ate bonsai food, is this bad?

I'd be seriously worried about would be Ammonium Nitrate (not to say everything else isn't bad). Then again the city puts half of that junk in our water anyway, if you live in the city your probably immune to it already. There is nothing wrong with experimentation, but try to know what it is beforehand.
