Is it my mascara that is bad or is it my sunscreen that is greasy?

I wear maybelline's full 'n soft waterproof mascara but whenever I come home from practice it's all over my eyelids and underneath my eyes but I also use sunscreen that is a little greasy, so idk if I have a sucky mascara or thats just what's gunna happen if I wear sunscreen. thank you!! :)
