Then, it must be cycled through the Cheerio Equal Distribution Administration, and finally sent to Harry Reid and his Office of Cheerio Accountability, where they will ensure that all Cheerio tax monies are first appropriated to the salaries of Democrats in Congress, and the remnants distributed to American farmers.
