Question for the obama supporters?

how much will gas cost if they penalize oil companies for windfall profits, make oil invest in renewable energy, make oil pay to suspend the gas tax, and investigate price gouging? thats what obama said in his ads for indiana. i bet if that happened gas would cost about $10 a gallon.
