What do these symptomps signify?

Sleep for longer periods than normal with no motivation to get up even though i have a high paying job. Smoke weed too much now for morale i don't receive, and i don't get the urge to initiate relationships with men and women; although i am a guy with a very good ual appetite, low perception of my self which was non existent before a year ago although i did get a dramatic change in my life a year ago; i went to jail for six months for drug abuse in an arab country you all know what they are like about drugs and i was charged on the ysis of just my urine test no possession.
