What is this bump in my ear?

I would say it's just a pimple! Sometimes pimples come back repeatedly in the same spot, it's actually more common then you would think. Yes, it may hurt considering it's in your ear, and I know you're not recommend to pop pimples but the same thing happened to me and once I popped it, it healed and went away. But if it is causing you that much pain seek professional help from a E.N.T specialist or even maybe a dermatologist. Hope this helps :D
