What languages are deemed by the U.S. Gov. as "strategic languages?"?

Right now they need people who speak Arabic. Once we finally get out of the Middle East, the need of that language will go down. Chinese is of need and probably more so in the future. China is building up its military and conflicts will increase in the future. We will need Americans who speak Chinese to help prevent the conflicts from getting out of hand. Russian is OK but not as vital as it was during the Cold War. Serbo-Croatian has never been a strategic language so other than getting you a few bucks in language pay, it is not all that helpful.
