What to say to him (we both like each other) ?

we both like each other and he has said himself that he wants to be in a relationship at some point, and i have asked him if he wants to, but he hasnt said yet, he txts me all the time, and just now texted me saying' sup y goat xxxxxxx' what should i say to him to ask if he is ready? i dont want to nag but i really like him ! :D
