Chest pains?

hi i am 19 years of age i have just started a new job delivering furnitre and i have recently started getting really bad pains in the centre of my chest they can be really sharp it does'nt get worse when i breath in and doest'nt feel like a pushing feeling just really uncomfortable i am getting palpertations aswell i think this is due to axiety though please help
