Does anyone know the percentage of accepted Offer in Compromises?

I had a free consultation with a tax relief company yesterday. They that told me they would get me an Offer in Compromise for my tax debt. From what I have researched an OIC would greatly reduce my tax debt but I have also seen that this program is just a way to get you to be a customer, and the program doesn't accept many people who apply.
